Thank you for visiting Rosscarbery Pharmacy online store. Our shipping provider is An Post in Ireland. We have chosen An Post to support our local rural post office in these challenging times. Please note that due to high demand in the run up to Christmas that a little extra time needs to be allowed for deliveries. 

Delivery Costs

• All orders over €50.00 and weighing less than 10kg have free delivery. 
• A standard delivery charge of €7.00 is applied to all orders under €50.00.

Standard delivery cost may fluctuate on larger items or location. If an item’s standard delivery charge needs to be increased due to weight or end address, one of our staff members will contact you in advance of dispatch.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Delivery

• We are sorry, delivery outside of Ireland is not currently available.

Delivery Terms

• We aim that any orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched from the Pharmacy to An Post on that day. 
• We aim to dispatch orders received on Saturdays & Sundays on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) via An Post.
• Once an order has been made you should receive a confirmation email for your purchase (if you have not received this email please contact us to try resolve this issue). 
• Once your order has left our store you will receive an email that it is now with An Post and a link where you will be able to track your order with An Post.

Click and Collect

• Click and collect is a free service.
•  Simply complete your order and we will keep it in store ready for collection.
•  Once an order has been made you should receive a confirmation email for your purchase (if you have not received this email please contact us to try resolve this issue).
•  Please note that orders will only be available to collect during the store’s opening hours Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6:30pm and Saturday 9:30am – 5:30pm. 
• Please bring your confirmation email with you when you call to collect your order.
