Exputex 250mg/5ml Sugar Free Oral Solution is a viscous orange coloured solution used in the treatment of chesty coughs. This medicine works by liquefying and loosening the mucus and phlegm in the chest, making it easy for the patient to cough up and clear the respiratory tract.
How to Use

Give one 2.5ml spoonful two to three times a day |

Children 6-12 years old |
Give one 5ml spoonful two to three times a day |

| Adults and children over 12 years of age | Take three 5ml spoonfuls (i.e. 15mls in total) two to three times per day, then reduce as needed as symptoms improve | ||

• Do not take more than 3 doses in any 24 hour period • Leave at least 6 hours between doses • If symptoms persist or worsen, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. |
